Our Closed Loop process retains all of your confidential and non confidential paper in the recycling loop. If your waste paper is confidential we’ll ensure it is shredded securely.
We bale the waste paper and transport it to a specialist paper mill where it’s turned into pulp. The pulp is washed, pressed, dried and manufactured into Banner 100% Closed Loop recycled copier paper.

If dealing with confidential waste, how secure is the process?
• In-between collections, documents are secured in lockable containers
• You will be provided with a Certificate of Destruction post shredding, to confirm that your documents have been completely destroyed and also to confirm your compliance under the Data Protection Act 1998
• Our drivers are uniformed, security cleared to BS 7858 and carry photographic ID
• Documents are never left unattended and all employees sign a Deed of Confidentiality
• All paper collected for off-site shredding is destroyed within 24 hours at one of our secure shredding
depots. The entire process is monitored by CCTV.
What are the commercial benefits of Closed Loop?
• We control the entire Closed Loop process. This creates price stability and reduces production costs so we can pass these savings onto our customers
